1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipping:

    • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it if it has not yet been shipped.

    • If cancellation is approved, you will receive a full refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • After Shipping:

    • Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

    • In such cases, you can refer to our Return Policy for possible return and refund options (only for eligible products).

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed under the following circumstances:

  • The artwork was damaged during shipping.

  • You received a wrong or incorrect item.

  • The artwork received is significantly different from the description provided at the time of purchase.

3. Refund Process

  2. Provide your order number, photographs of the item (showing damage or discrepancies), and a brief explanation.

  3. Once your return request is approved:

    • Return the artwork to the address provided.

    • After receiving and inspecting the item, we will initiate the refund.

Refund Time:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-made or commissioned artworks.

  • Artworks damaged due to customer mishandling.

  • Items requested for return beyond 3 days from delivery.

5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion in cases where:

  • The artwork shows minor damage that does not affect the core value.

  • The artwork has been slightly used or mishandled by the customer.

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item), Pranjal Arts will bear the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind), the customer will bear all shipping charges.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
