1. Shipping Locations
Within India: We ship to all major cities, towns, and remote locations.
International: We ship worldwide to most countries. Some restrictions may apply due to customs regulations in specific regions.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after receiving full payment.
Custom or commissioned artworks may require additional processing time, depending on the scope of work.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges
Within India:
Shipping depends upon your address details
International Shipping:
Shipping charges are calculated based on destination country, package weight, and dimensions.
Exact charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier partner details.
You can track your order on the courier company's website.
6. Packaging and Handling
All artworks are carefully packed with premium-quality materials to ensure maximum protection during transit.
For framed or delicate artworks, we may use additional layers of bubble wrap, foam, or wooden crating.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders Only)
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are imposed once the shipment reaches your country.
These additional charges must be paid by the recipient/customer.
Pranjal Arts is not responsible for any customs delays or fees incurred during the import process.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping details are complete and correct.
Pranjal Arts is not responsible for orders shipped to wrong addresses provided by the customer.
In case of a returned package due to incorrect information, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
