Return Policy

At Pranjal Arts, we take great pride in the quality and authenticity of the artwork we offer.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of original paintings and artworks, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged during transit.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The artwork is significantly different from the description or images provided.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the artwork.

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or commissioned artworks.

  • Artworks that have been damaged by the customer.

  • Artworks that are requested for return beyond the 3-day window after delivery.

3. Return Process

If you believe your purchase is eligible for a return:

  1. Contact us at 📩 info@pranjalarts.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the damaged/incorrect artwork

    • A short description of the issue

  2. Await our confirmation and return instructions.

  3. Ship the artwork back to the address we provide (shipping charges for returns due to customer preference are non-refundable).

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned artwork:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

    Refunds will be made only for the artwork cost.
    Shipping charges (both original and return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different artwork, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

6. Damages During Return

We are not responsible for artworks damaged during return shipping.
Please ensure the item is carefully packed to avoid damage in transit.

7. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible, and the return policy applies.
